My name is Euan McGrath and I am an active ultra runner, triathlete, mountain biker and multi-sport Endurance Coach with over 25 years of coaching experience. Sport has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Whether I am coaching or participating, being involved in Sport makes me smile.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science, Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning and an MSc in Research Methodologies which focus on Sports Injuries.

I have worked as a University Senior Lecturer in Training & Coaching Science as well as a professional Coach Educator and Assessor.

I have had the privilege of working with people starting their sports journey through to helping athletes set World Records, complete amazing personal endurance challenges, through to GB Athletes who have achieved both Olympic and World Champion success.

I want to share my knowledge in Endurance Sports to help develop you be who you want to be.

 

Information

Endurance sport has a great community and there is plenty of information out there to help you improve. However, you are unique and it can be difficult to work out what will make you stronger and faster. I will help cut through that noise and focus on the things that will make a difference to you.

Whether you are a runner, swimmer, road biker, mountain biker, SUP'er or all-around adventurer I can adapt your programme around you, your interests and your goals.
